As an emerging leader in the LED lighting industry, we are looking for driven, energetic, creative, and curious professionals to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for an intermediate to senior level Electronics Technologist to join our product development team. As an Electronics Technologist, you will coordinate all optical certification testing and data results of new LED light fixture products and generate detailed and accurate Bills of Material for new products and customized products.

This position requires very strong attention to detail and high accuracy of work with good analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.


  • Coordinate new product optical testing per Certification Body requirements
  • Prepare sample LED light fixtures and LED drivers for optical testing
  • Evaluate all the optical test data and organize the data for product spec sheets, data files, and certification applications
  • Support design team with new product performance testing (thermal, electrical, & optical)
  • Enter new lighting product Bills of Material into the ERP system for multiple initial configuration sets and work with design team to ensure 100% accuracy
  • Process Engineering Changes in the ERP system

You Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience working in a product development environment
  • Technical diploma or Degree in Electronics
  • Experience in Bill of Material (BOM) entry in ERP systems (eg. Infor Syteline)
  • High level proficiency using Excel
  • Experience programming software or macros to manipulate data and pull data from PDF files
  • Experience with 2D CAD programs and/or Schematic Capture programs
  • Experience with electrical wiring and commercial lighting control technologies
  • Experience in optical performance test data and certification applications like DLC and Energy Star is beneficial
  • Desire to learn new skills and collaborate with the Design and Operations teams
  • Ability to travel in North America (no passport/visa/vaccine restrictions)
